・ Our company will not be liable if the product cannot be delivered due to a customer's description error or failure to notify the change of the customer's name, address, and phone number. In addition, if you wish to resend to the correct address, we will charge you separately for the shipping fee etc. for resending.

・ All of our products are made to order, and it takes about 2 to 4 months from ordering to completion.

3. 3. About payment

・ Payment is by bank transfer.

・ Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Shipping fee

・ When delivering the purchased product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee according to the regulations of the delivery company. We will charge you by cash on delivery or together with the product price.

・ If the parcel is returned due to the customer's circumstances, the specified shipping fee will be charged separately for resending.

・ Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.

5. About cancellation

・ All of our products are made to order after you place an order, so we cannot accept cancellations if 8 days have passed since the day you placed your order.

・ Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after the 8th.

6. About returns

・ We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience unless the product is defective. (* 1)

・ After confirming that the returned product has arrived at our company, we will process the exchange or refund.
