FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All of our products are made to order, and it takes about 2 to 4 months from ordering to completion.
Payment is by bank transfer.
Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
When shipping the purchased item, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee according to the regulations of the delivery company. We will charge you with the payment or the product price.
In the unlikely event that your luggage is returned due to customer circumstances, the specified shipping fee will be charged separately for resending.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company.
All of our products are made to order after you place an order, so we cannot accept cancellations after 8 days from the day you place your order.
Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after the 8th.
We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience unless the product is defective.
Case of refusing returns
If 10 days have passed since you received the item
If it has already been used, or if there is evidence that it has been used after delivery
If some of the items at the time of return or accessories are missing
When there is a shortage of wrapping supplies such as boxes and cloth bags
If the required documents are not enclosed when returning
When processing such as initials is added
If you have exchanged once
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or arrival of products due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters or disasters. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damages.
